User Centric Design to meet Business Goals
Robbins Brothers’ business goal is to increase web-to-store conversion. The strategy is to remove itself from being perceived as an e-commerce retailer and focus on increasing the visibility of its value propositions.

This is how the Search UI looked before I started working on this project.
This was the final product after developing a design strategy focused around business goals, target users, and marketing goals.
The business impact: decreased call center complaints, increased sales, and improved brand perception.

This is a tool which allows visitors to create a list of their favorite products to
share with their significant other or bring with them into a store.
This is an example of a video library I designed to
stream videos on a .Net platform.
Global Distributor Ordering. My Role: UI development, CSS,
JS magic and other UI wizardry.
MyHerbalife.com My role: served in the initial migration to a JSP platform
in 2007. Then served as UI developer of the .Net implementation. Skinned
third party Telerik controls, built modules for content creators.
HerbalifeSports 1.0 This was the initial incarnation of the HerbalifeSports.com
website. My role: develop this on classic ASP, create lead generation forms
to tie into a JSP platform, parse and display sponsored athlete data via XSLT.
Herbalife.com 3.0 My role: Develop UI, create module code for
content blocks used with Teamsite's (Autonomy) SitePublisher, Develop Menu Code.
HerbalifeSports.com 2.0 My role: Menu debugging, code fixes and maintenance.
I was fortunate enough to be involved in the initial launch of Guitar Center's
e-commerce website. I designed and developed the UI for all of their web properties.
Hello 2006! Smaller screen resolutions created interested design limitations.
